We want you to feel good about your subscription to Stockfluence. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Subscriptions are billed by FUNALYSE LIMITED through our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund:
- Contact us through the in-app contact form using the email address you used at checkout.
- Include your order date and the reason for the refund (a brief note is fine).
- We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
After the 30-day window
Beyond 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer law in your country of residence (for example, statutory cooling-off and digital-content rights under UK and EU consumer law).
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid period.
