We want you to feel good about your subscription to Stockfluence. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Subscriptions are billed by FUNALYSE LIMITED through our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund:

  1. Contact us through the in-app contact form using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Include your order date and the reason for the refund (a brief note is fine).
  3. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

After the 30-day window

Beyond 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer law in your country of residence (for example, statutory cooling-off and digital-content rights under UK and EU consumer law).

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid period.
